* Limited seats are
available for each session, so make sure you will be
able to participate in the conference when you
register for it. If you are not able to attend for
any reason, please inform us at least one day
before.
* Login information, software information,
guidelines and troubleshooting guide will be
provided 2-3 days in advance of the workshop.
* You will be emailed 5 days before the workshop to
make sure you will will be able to attend the
workshop. Your confirmation will be required.
* If no confirmation is received from a registered
participant the day before the seminar, that seat
will be considered available and given to another
participant.
* More invites than seats will be sent out to
registered participants to avoid loss of
participation. Therefore, "First come, First served"
will be the basis of admittance of the participants.
* Any problems encountered due to software reasons,
timings or other issues should be promptly
addressed. Please
email us to help
you solve your issues and problems before the
seminar is held.
* Individual country timings will be sent to all
participants, so that there is NO confusion in
timings.
* The workshop main time will be according to GMT
(Greenwich Mean Time). Therefore, each workshop page
will have a Real Time clock in GMT so you can check
on it frequently to know when the workshop will
start. Please check on the page frequently to see
when the workshop starts incase you are still
confused about timings. A
time converter is
also available on the website.
* Be sure to confirm your seats before the
attendance of the workshop. Only people who attend
will get the Certificate of Attendance and credits.
* In case you will not be able to attend the
workshop even though you registered, please send in
an email a day before the workshop and if possible,
cite the reasons why you cannot attend. |
