1. As a guide, articles should be between 2500 and 6000 words in length.
   
   

2. A title of not more than eight words should be provided.
   
   

3. A brief autobiographical note should be supplied including:

   • Full name

   • Affiliation

   • E-mail address

   • Contact details

    

4. Abstract: Maximum is 600 words in total. In addition provide up to six keywords. All abstracts should entail the following sections:
   - Background
   - Aim & Objectives
   - Methods/Study Design
   - Results/Findings
   - Conclusion

    

5. Tables should be typed and included as part of the manuscript.
   
   

6. References should be according to American Psychological Association (APA) Referencing Style.
